Le Label Rouge<strong> garantit une qualit\u00e9 sup\u00e9rieure<\/strong> qui commence d\u00e8s l\u2019\u00e9levage des porcs. <strong>Ce label repose sur des crit\u00e8res stricts<\/strong>, pens\u00e9s pour assurer \u00e0 la fois le bien-\u00eatre animal et l\u2019excellence de la viande.<\/p>\n<p>Chez Chillet nous avons choisi de fabriquer nos saucissons Label Rouge \u00e0 partir de porcs \u00e9lev\u00e9s sur une liti\u00e8re de paille. Ce mode d\u2019\u00e9levage traditionnel apporte davantage de confort \u00e0 l\u2019animal, mais aussi une meilleure qualit\u00e9 de muscle, car la paille favorise le mouvement et la fermet\u00e9 naturelle de la viande.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019alimentation est \u00e9galement encadr\u00e9e : elle est compos\u00e9e \u00e0 90 % de v\u00e9g\u00e9taux avec au moins 60 % de c\u00e9r\u00e9ales. Le reste inclut des vitamines, des min\u00e9raux, des produits laitiers ainsi que des coproduits issus de la boulangerie, pour garantir une ration saine et \u00e9quilibr\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>Avant d\u2019obtenir le Label Rouge, chaque carcasse est contr\u00f4l\u00e9e et mesur\u00e9e selon plusieurs crit\u00e8res afin de valider la qualit\u00e9 de la viande.
